You dont have to put your email address in to post

All you have to do is put in your Handle (username)

If you want to post  pictures

The band width of the forum is low so you need to us a hosting service like www.photobucket.com

Go to photobucket (its free) and get yourself an account set up and then upload some pictures.

TO POST PICTURES

1  Log into to your Photo bucket account and then select an up loaded image.
2 go to the bottom of the screen and select
"generate HTML and IMG code" and click it.
3 then select the "HTML clickable thumbnails for Ebay, Livejournal, MySpace, etc."
4 copy all the content of the window
5 then paste that content into the message board window for posting on this board.
6 and then submit as normal.

That should do it.
